Service Description
Life can be a rollarcoaster, so come and learn how to stay calm during the twists & turns. Meditation, mindfulness, breath work, poses, stretching, and some strength work are tools that can help tweens and teens handle stress and build resilience and confidence to use throughout life. Pair this with some music and conversation, and it's the perfect way to unplug, reset, and find peace.
