We have all the equipment you need for yoga, tai chi, kettlebell, strength, and cardio classes.
We offer three prenatal yoga classes a week. We focus on muscles needed to carry baby, deliver baby, and stabilize the lower back and hips.
Relaxation techniques are key to each pregnancy. Prenatals relax in Queens Thrones, Deer Poses, and on the sofa alongside our famous “Wall of Babies.”
