We will be taking a slow walk into the woods, covering about a mile and a half. During the walk you'll be guided through a sequence of invitations. These invitations are meant to help you awaken your senses and experience a deeper connection to the more-than-human world, to others, and to yourself. There will be various times for sharing along with deep listening as we journey on the trail. The walk will conclude with a tea ceremony, light snacks and fire counsel. You will be walking and sitting at times, so be sure to dress appropriately for the weather. Long pants might be helpful as well as shoes that are good for uneven terrain. Please bring water for hydration. At the end of the walk you may feel rejuvenated, connected and more joyful. Your investment for this experience is $25.00
