After working in a job that left her chronically stressed for three years, she became a Nutrition Coach to fulfill her desire to help overworked professional women reclaim their life outside of work. Emily received her training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she received in-depth training in over 100 dietary theories, health coaching techniques, and business development.
