This therapeutic yoga class is specifically designed to help practitioners improve functional movement at their largest joints—the shoulders and hips—where pain and tension can often reside. Through small, mindful therapeutic movements and a connection to natural breath, participants can learn to become more deeply attuned to moving in a range of motion that is pain and tension free, These gentle exercises help calm and release tension in both muscle and mind, nurturing greater ease, flexibility, strength & stability in the process. Class will conclude with a restorative guided meditation practice.
