Family Yoga with Shannon Agniel
Ages 9-14 with parent
$25 per family
Please order “Start Where You Are: A Journal for Self-Exploration” for the class, as this book will be used during the workshop.
We’ll focus on mindfulness through the use of a guided journal, and - of course - we’ll practice plenty of yoga and meditation techniques that will center our bodies, minds, and spirits. We’ll decided on some ways to serve our community - both far and near - over the months as well. So let’s start where you are, and move forward. Let’s change the world!
