Family Yoga with Shannon Agniel
Ages 9-14 with parent
$15 adults and $10 per child
Join us once a month for a 75-minute parent-child yoga workshop! We’ll focus on mindfulness through the use of a guided journal, and - of course - we’ll practice plenty of yoga and meditation techniques that will center our bodies, minds, and spirits. We’ll decided on some ways to serve our community - both far and near - over the months as well. So let’s start where you are, and move forward. Let’s change the world!

Shannon is a mom of three, and a life-long teacher and student; she has a B.A. in English from Baylor, and a M.A. in Education and English from William and Mary. She taught literature and writing to high schoolers, as well as ABCs to preschoolers, and currently tutors all ages in between. She fell in love with yoga later in life, and can’t get enough. Shannon’s passion is empowering children and teens with yoga, mindfulness and meditation so they can use these gifts throughout their life. Shannon is certified for children’s yoga instruction through “Kidding Around Yoga”, and is currently working on her 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification.
