Yin yoga is a meditative style of yoga which provides a deeper release in the body by safely working the connective tissue - the ligaments, tendons and fascia. Poses are typically held for three to seven minutes, increasing circulation in the joints and enhancing range of motion. Yin also stimulates the flow of qi, the body's subtle energy.
This quiet and sometimes intense practice allows you to release and connect more profoundly into inner silence and awareness.
